Where every frame begins
The Spark
Before a single line is drawn, the idea lives in a notebook. Rough thumbnails, character silhouettes, the arc of a story compressed into 12 panels. This is where the brief becomes a heartbeat.
Pencil to digital ink
The Line
Rough sketches tighten into clean linework. Every stroke carries intent — weight in the shoulder of a hero, tension in a villain's jaw. 24 drawings per second. Each one different. Each one counted.
Color keys and atmosphere
The Light
Flat colors arrive first — palette decisions that carry emotional weight. Then light sources are placed. Shadows cut across faces. Electric color bleeds from background to foreground. The world starts to breathe.
When the frames become alive
The Motion
Composited, timed, scored. The sequence plays for the first time at full speed and something that didn't exist a week ago now moves with its own weight and intention. One second of this took twelve hours to build.
